Type of auxiliary nozzle

Release time:2022-03-03      Number of hits:105

The orifice of auxiliary nozzle can be roughly divided into single hole type and multi hole type. The diameter of the round hole of the single hole auxiliary nozzle is about 1.5mm, and the pore diameter of the later developed porous nozzle is about 0.05mm. The typical porous type has 19 hole auxiliary nozzles. The 19 holes are distributed in 5 rows, and the number of holes in each row is 3, 4, 5, 4 and 3 respectively. The porous type is also arranged in a radial strip or plum blossom shape. In terms of the bunching property of the ejected air flow, the porous type is better than the single hole type, because the wall thickness of the auxiliary nozzle is very thin, and when the ratio of wall thickness to aperture is less than 1, the ejection cone angle of the air flow increases and the bunching property is also poor. When the wall thickness is certain, replacing a single circular hole with multiple micropores will help to increase the ratio of wall thickness to pore diameter and improve the clustering of air flow.
